Cancellation policy
- Full refunds issued for cancellations made 5 full days prior to the date and time of requested services. Cancellations made within the 5-day and 72-hour window will receive a 50% refund of purchase total. Purchases are non-refundable inside of 72 hours.
- If the activity must be cancelled due to bad weather, and you cannot reschedule, you will be issued a full refund, or reschedule for next day

BEHAVIOR
The Tour guide can cancel the tour immediately due to unacceptable behavior that can lead to injury,
1 No alcohol allowed, and can not be intoxicated on arrival for tour
2 must follow instructions given by guide
3 must stay in kayak or on paddle board until guide decides it is safe to do so
4 No touching wild life, sea life
5 No throwing trash
